Nepal Tours for Young Adults.

Visit destinations like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan National Park, Bhaktapur, Lumbini, Manaslu.

Nepal is a country known for the highest mountains in the world: 7 of the 10 existing peaks over 8000 m are found here. "Trekking" and "Mountaineering" are the buzz words with focus on the Pokhara and Everest regions. But there is more, like medieval Kathmandu, wonderful nature, Rhinos and shopping. Unfortunately Nepal is also one of the poorest countries on the planet and many Nepalese leave home to work abroad. And sometimes the country gets hit by huge earthquakes.

Top Destinations in Nepal.

Below are our most visited cities, destinations and national parks in Nepal. Click on the city for more details of the destination.

Kathmandu

Kathmandu (9)

Kathmandu, capital of Nepal and a very crowded place. People have children and all come to the capital to have a better life. Kathmandu is the starting point for any mountaineering in the Himalayas and it is good shopping here for anything warm, with a brand-name, without actually being the brand... The real highlights are the old parts of the city (square) plus Patan, the great Buddhinath Stupa and the burning ghat.

Pokhara

Pokhara (7)

Pokhara is the starting point for treks in the Western Himalayas. It used to be small, but has grown significantly. Some wealthier Nepalese have settled here. A morning canoeing experience on the lake can be really beautiful, if weather and views on Annapurna and Machu Puchare mountains allow.

Chitwan National Park

Chitwan National Park (6)

Chitwan National Park has wildlife like Rhinoceros (and Tiger). You see the animals on the back of an elephant, to be safe and dry.

Lumbini

Lumbini (4)

Lumbini is the Birthplace of the Lord Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama. He was born in 623 B.C. in the famous gardens of Lumbini, which soon became a place of pilgrimage.

Namche Bazaar

Namche Bazaar (1)

Namche Bazaar is a village in the central Himalaya Mountains both used for trading and touristic purposes. It is rather close to Mt. Everest and therefore a starting point for many treks that lead to the world´s highest mountain.
